ROI calculator
The hours you would get back, priced on your numbers
Count your RFPs, DDQs and security questionnaires, say how long one takes, and the page does the rest.
It assumes Tribble removes half the hours, which is less than our customers report, and shows every step of the sum so your finance team can check it. There is nothing to fill in before you see the result.
Starting numbers for
A starting mix of projects, not a benchmark. Replace every number with yours.
Your year on Tribble Respond
1,025 hours back a year
Half of the 2,050 hours your team puts into 60 projects a year.
What it would cost
Team comes to $15,000 a year for these numbers. The hours it hands back cost you $97,375 today, so it pays for itself in about 8 weeks.
Prices are the ones on the pricing page. Implementation is included in every plan.
Add revenue from the extra projects Kept out of the numbers above
$600,000 a yearif you won 20% of 30 more projects at $100,000 each. It is left out of the case because it depends on deals, not on hours.
How the sum works
Every step of the sum, with your numbers in it
Nothing here is a benchmark. Change a number in the calculator and these steps change with it.

Left out on purpose: revenue from bids you answer faster or take on, answers given in Slack and Teams outside a project, and the cost of content going stale. All of them are real. None of them is a number you could check today, so none of them is counted.
Why the sum starts at half
Customers report more than half. Content drafted is not the same as hours saved, because someone on your team still reads every answer, so the calculator starts lower.

FAQ
Common questions.
What does the ROI calculator count?
The hours your team spends on RFPs, DDQs and security questionnaires, the share of them Tribble removes, and what those hours cost you. It then prices the plan that fits your numbers, using the prices on the pricing page. Revenue is left out unless you add it yourself.
Why does it assume Tribble removes half the hours?
Because half is below what customers report and still leaves time for review. Content drafted is not the same as hours saved: someone still reads every answer. You can set the assumption higher or lower yourself.
What counts as a project?
Each RFP, DDQ or security questionnaire you answer with Tribble Respond. Clarification and best-and-final rounds of the same RFP stay one project; a separate questionnaire for the same deal is its own.
Can I send the result to my manager or finance team?
Yes. Open the one-page case and print it or save it as a PDF, or copy the link. The link carries your numbers, so whoever opens it sees the same case and can change any of them.
Is implementation included in the price?
Yes. Implementation support is included in every plan’s price, with no setup fee and no onboarding package to buy.
